Naxal menace eliminated from state
Attacks PCC Chief for circulating sex-CD
Bhilai, Oct 05, 2018: On Friday, BJP National President Amit Shah claimed that his party has already won the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh for the fourth consecutive term and mere formalities of polling and result declaration are left. He made this claim after witnessing the huge attendance and support of women during the conclave held at Charoda. He said that BJP’s victory is reflected in the vast support of women. Explaining the strength of Matri Shakti (women power), he said that when a woman becomes member of the party, the entire family becomes the supporter of that party. Shah further said that Chhattisgarh is the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram’s mother Kaushalya. Shah further claimed that the biggest task accomplished by Dr Raman Singh led state government was complete elimination of naxal menace from the state. Women are the utmost sufferers of Naxalism and other terror menaces. Considering this fact, Dr Raman Singh dared to fight naxals and today the red rebels have accepted their defeat in the state, Shah claimed while addressing the state level women’s conclave at Dussehra Ground in Charoda on Friday.
Addressing the vast gathering in the poll bound state, Shah opened attack on the Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Bhupesh Baghel and AICC Chairman Rahul Gandhi. He said that the Congress is going to contest the assembly elections under the leadership of a person who has embarrassed the entire women section of the society by circulating sex-CD. He questioned AICC President Rahul Gandhi whether his party is going to fight elections under the leadership of such a person who has disgraced the women. Shah urged the entire Matri Shakti to uproot the Congress party in the next elections.
Shah further said that women are at the central position in all the schemes and programmes introduced by the state and union. Women are pained if any member of her family is in pain. Further speaking about the schemes of the union government, Shah questioned Rahul Gandhi that why 15 crore homes were not having toilets even after 55 years of Congress rule. Shah stated that during the last 4.5 years, Modi government has constructed toilets in 7.5 crore homes across the nation for protecting the dignity of women. Today, every school has separate toilets for girls. Considering the health and other related problems due to cooking on traditional chulhas, Prime Minister introduced the Ujjwala Scheme under which 5 crore LPG connections have been distributed. Now the women will not have to inhale smoke equivalent to 40 cigarettes while cooking food. Putting the vote bank on stake, BJP union government introduced ordinance on Triple Talaq for protecting the dignity and rights of the Muslim women. For the first time in history of India, nine women have been included in the union cabinet. The Defense Minister and Foreign Minister of the country are women. It was a moment of pride for the entire nation when Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj deliberated with their counterparts from the United States. Further attacking the Congress, Shah said that the Congress won elections for over five decades with slogan of poverty eradication but in reality they eliminated the poor.
