Bhilai, Apr 11, 2019: “Shri Ram Janmotsava Samiti” is going to organize a grand event to celebrate the janmotsava of Lord Shri Ram on April 13. In the 34th year of this event, processions will be taken out from almost 1008 temples of the city. Last year, this mega religious event found place in the Book of World Record after witnessing participation of Shobha Yatras from 892 temples
Addressing media persons here at Supela on Thursday, Shri Ram Janmotsava Samiti Bhilai President Manish Pandey informed that this year they have received registration from more than 1000 different temples of the city. Processions will be taken out from all these temples and would conclude at Nepali Woolen Market Ground in Power House.
Shobha Yatras will be taken out from temples would join a bigger yatra from all four directions. The first procession would be taken out from the direction of Kumhari; second from Hathkhoj; third from Nehru Nagar and the fourth would cover all the temples situated in the direction of Bhilai Township and Hudco Sector.
“Shri Ram Janmotsava Samiti” had made elaborate arrangements for this mega event. Dharma Sabha was held at Nepali Woolen Market ground situated in Power House. Shri Shri 1008 Rajyogi Baba Balyogeshwar of Pateshwar Dham would deliver religious sermon during the event. The event will be presided over by Sangeeta Ketan Shah (Director of Simplex Group). Tabluex, cultural troops, singing and dancing devotees would be the part of processions.
The first Shobha Yatra – Bholenath Shobha Yatra – will be taken out from the temples situated at Khursipar. The second procession – Bhagwan Chaturbhuji Shobha Yatra – will be the group of processions taken out from temples situated in Jamul, Housing Board, Kurud, Hathkhoj, Shramik Nagar, Shankar Nagar and adjoining localities. The third procession Maa Bamleshwari Shobha Yatra will be formed jointly by the processions of temples situated at Junwani, Kosa Nagar, Kohka, Ramnagar, Vaishali Nagar, Camp-2, Link Road, Shardapara and adjoining localities. The fourth procession – Maa Danteshwari Shobha Yatra will be taken out from the temples situated in Risali, Ruabandha, Dundera, Joratarai, Maroda, Hudco and Sectors 1 to 9 of township.
State President Ramesh Mane, State General Secretary Buddhan Singh Thakur, Channa Kesvalu and other office bearers of Samiti were present.
